The role takes responsibility for ensuring our clients are receiving the care and support they expect and deserve. Field based, as the name implies, you will be liaising with the client directly both at the commencement of the service and for its duration. This will involve conducting supervisory visits and reviewing on a regular basis how the service is delivered. You will have hours as a caregiver for new clients or filling in as needed. You will also be on call after hours one week a month.

- Preferred CNA or 2 years of home care Experience
- Must have valid driver's license and a vehicle with insurance
- 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
